The organization of De La Salle Shidokan is recognized as the karate |

martial arts of De La Salle Lipa Colleges formed to understand the true |

meaning of Karate, provides practices to develop some techniques, to |
| |
strengthen the will of being totally present and detached and enhancing |
| |
the power of mind that bring peace, joy, and tranquility. |

De La Salle Shidokan is a way of life where God is the center of all and by |

living a life of doing what is asked of me sincerely, generosity, fulfilling |

promises, commitment, promptly and punctually. |

De La Salle Lipa Shidokan incorporate Christian spirituality in Zen way of |

Karate through the practices of obediece and humilty, generosity, word |

of honor, silence and meditation, concentration and composure. It is an |

organization of transforming individual by letting go of the selfish pride and |
| |
become strong by nurturing a healthy self and return to wholeness as |
| |
free and life giving God centered self. |
