The organization of Shidokan is recognized as the Karate martial arts |

of De La Salle Lipa Colleges formed to understand the true meaning of |

Karate, provides practices to develop some techniques, to strengthen |
| |
the will of being totally present and detached and enhancing the power |
| |
of mind that bring peace, joy, and tranquility. |
| |

De La Salle Lipa Shidokan is a way of life where God is the center of all |
| |
and by living a life of doing what is asked sincerely, generosity, fulfilling |
| |
promises, commitment, promptly and punctually. |

Bro. Mario Dacanay, FSC founded the DLSL SHIDOKAN on June 26, 1997. |
| |
He is the instructor of the said Karate organization and promoted two (2) |
| |
blackbelters. The organization was affiliated as a member of Okinawa |
| |
Shorin-Ryu Karatedo-do Association-Shidokan (Philippine Chapter) on |
| |
July 23, 2001. After having meet all the requirements of the association, |
| |
the organization was empowered to give promotion/s; recommend |
| |
promotion/s, and teach or propagate the art. |
