Article VIII
MEETINGS AND QUOROMS

SECTION I                The executive board, consisting of the officers and moderators, is the highest decision making body of the SOCIETY

SECTION II               The General Assembly will be called twice a month. Committee and Executive Board meetings should be held once a month on a regular basis or depending on the respective Vice-Chairpersons for each committee.

SECTION III             Fifty percent plus one (50% + 1) of the registered members will constitute the quorum before a decision regarding the SOCIETY is made.

SECTION IV             Agenda and minutes of all the meetings should be formalized and documented and a copy of each should be posted on the bulletin board of the SOCIETY.
