Article VIII - Funds

Section 1.  The fund shall emanate from the membership fee of the members and inflows from all fund raising activities, which are in accordance to the student handbook.

Section 2.  The collection of the fund shall be imposed during the yearly renewal of membership on or before the end of the first six months of the federation year.

Section 3.  The fund shall be deposited in the Financial Resource Department Office of the Tertiary School.

Section 4.  Withdrawals shall only be allowed through the authorization and signatures of the President, Adviser and Vice-President for Finance and shall be appropriated for legitimate purposes only.

Article IX - Executive Officers and their Qualifications

Section 1.  The organization shall have a President, an Executive Vice President, a Vice President for Academics, a Vice President for Non-Academics, a Vice President for External Affairs, a Vice President for Internal Affairs, a Vice President for Finance, a Vice President for Audit, a Vice President for Publications, a Vice President for Membership and a Secretary General.

Section 2.  The Executive Vice President shall assume the position of the President on the following federation year.

Section 3.  The Secretary General shall be appointed by the President, and should preferably be in the same class of the President.

Section 4.  The Executive Vice President shall be appointed by the President and the Adviser and must be a third year student during his/her term.

Section 5.  A candidate must:

5.1  be a bonafide and active member of JPIA

5.2  have attended at least one major activity the previous year

5.3  not have a failing grade in any major or minor subject during the semester of election
