CONSTITUTION and BY LAWS

Article V - Membership

Section 1.  All students enrolled in the Accountancy program shall be the members of the organization

Section 2.  Each member of the organization shall pay a corresponding fee as prescribed by the Executive Board

Article VI - Rights and Responsibilities of Members

Section 1.  The members of the organization through their coordinators shall have the following rights and privileges:

1.1 to participate in the discussion in all assemblies of the organization

1.2 to vote on issues regarding the activities and endeavors of the organization

1.3 to inspect the records and financial reports of the organization

1.4 to be informed of any projects and/or activities of the organization

Section 2.  The members of the organization through their coordinators shall have the following expressed responsibilities:

2.1 to participate in any project and/or activity of the organization

2.2 to comply with the provisions of this Constitution and By-Laws and other rules that may be promulgated by the Executive Board or may be agreed upon by the organization

2.3 to attend assemblies

2.4 to comply with other requirements of the Federation set by the Executive Board
