CONSTITUTION and BY LAWS

 

Article XI - Election, Term and Vacancy

Section 1.  The election shall take place three weeks before the end of the school year.  The outgoing officers shall decide on the time and place of the election.

Section 2.  The incoming president shall appoint the secretary general within five school days after the election.

Section 3.  The turnover shall take place during the year-end evaluation scheduled by the outgoing officers.

Section 4.  The term of office of the appointed and all elected officers shall commence from the time of turnover until the next turnover.

Section 5.  In case of vacancy in the position of the Executive Vice President and of the Secretary General, a special appointment shall be done within 5 days to fill the vacancy.

Section 6.  In case of vacancy in any of the elected positions, a special election must be conducted within 2 weeks to fill the vacancy.

 


 

Article XII - Amendment

Section 1.  Any amendment in part or in full of this Constitution and By-Laws may be proposed by two-thirds of the Executive Board.

Section 2.  The Constitutional Committee shall be composed of 11 members with at least one representative from each Accountancy class.

Section 3.  This Constitution and By-Laws shall not be revised within one year after its approval.


Article XIII - Effectivity

This constitution and By-Laws shall take effect one week after the ratification of the Executive Board, the Adviser, and the Student Affairs Officer and shall supersede all previous Constitutions and By-Laws.
