CONSTITUTION and BY LAWS

 

Article X - Duties and Responsibilities

Section 1.  The President shall:

1.1 supervise and control over the properties, interests, businesses and affairs of the organization

1.2 call and preside all meetings and assembly

1.3 direct subordinates in the discharge of duties and authorities

1.4 lead the members in carrying out the activities and objectives of the organization

1.5 render annual reports of the organization’s activities and programs

1.6 have the power to delegate any of his authorities and duties to his officers whenever in his judgment such delegation is expedient and practicable

1.7 perform other functions inherent to its position and other task, which may be assigned by a legitimate authority

Section 2.  The Executive Vice President shall:

2.1 assist the President

2.2  assume the duties and functions of the President in case of the latter’s absence, incapacity, resignation or removal from office

2.3 perform other functions inherent to its position and other task, which may be assigned by a legitimate authority

Section 3.  The Vice President for Academics shall:

3.1 supervise the implementation of academic and curricular activities

3.2 coordinate academic issues and dilemmas to the Areachair’s Office

3.3  perform other functions inherent to its position and other task, which may be assigned by a legitimate authority

Section 4.  The Vice President for Non-Academics shall:

4.1  supervise and execute all the complementary extra-curricular activities

4.2  integrate and coordinate cultural, spiritual and social activities

4.3 coordinate with other institutions, agencies or organizations necessary for the non-academic programs of the organization

4.4 perform other functions inherent to its position and other task, which may be assigned by a legitimate authority
