Section 1. Regular meeting for Officers is set every second Tuesday of the month unless dictated by necessity

Section 2. The regular meetings to convene the general membership is set every second Thursday of the month unless dictated by necessity

Section 3. A meeting cannot be called to order unless a quorum is reached

Section 4. A quorum is equivalent to the presence of the majority (one half of the total number plus one vote)

Section 5. The Chairperson or any officer to whom the authority is delegated can call special meetings as the need arises
