Section 1. All those who are enrolled and qualified in BS Financial Management shall form the general membership of this organization.

Section 2. Every 1 st semester of the school year the members should fill-up the renewal of membership forms.

Section 3. People under the following positions shall head the organization:

• Chairperson
• Co-chairperson
• Secretary
• Finance Manager
• Board Members
• Fourth year representative
• Third year representative
• Second year representative
• First year representative

The above-mentioned positions shall be assumed through an election. If, in urgent situations, an associate officer is needed an appointment is to be employed.
