Section 1. Election of new officers for the organization will be done annually.

Section 2. The majority of the officers have the authority to decide on the manner of elections to be pursued.

Section 3. An officer may be re-elected in consecutive terms provided that he/she would not run for the same position.

Section 4. An officer may run for the same position provided a one-year term of office has elapsed.
