Section 1: Regular Meetings for Officers is set every fourth Tuesday of the month unless dictated by necessity
Section 2: A quorum is equivalent to the presence of the majority(one half of the total number plus one)
Section 3: A meeting cannot be called to order unless a quorum is reached
Section 4 :The President or any officer to whom the authority is delegated can call special meetings as the need arises
