History of GCA
The Gourmet Club Avenir was founded by the HRM faculty and students of De La Salle Lipa. It was formerly known as Gourmet Club until the year 2003. Two organizations unite with the goal of bringing first-class information about the hotel and restaurant industry – these are the Gourmet Club and Club Avenir. Thus giving rise to our present organization Gourmet Club Avenir.
